How Do Our Pickup Services Work?
We want all of you to have a great time discovering Cambodia. That’s why we decided to answer some common questions about our pickup and dropoff services.

If your hotel is located on a small road that is hard for vehicles to access, please let us know the day before your tour. We will arrange a nearby pick-up point for you.
Our guides recommend staying in your hotel’s lobby when waiting for pick-up. This makes it easy for them to find you.
If you don’t want to wait in the lobby, we recommend that you let your hotel’s staff know that you have planned a tour. This way, when we arrive at your hotel, they can send someone to your room.
If you’re going on a sunrise tour, think about informing your hotel’s staff the day before. Some hotels will prepare you a takeaway breakfast! Or you can dine with us at Sala Russey restaurant. We stop there after sunrise and before we explore the temples.
What to do if you can’t see your driver?
If you can’t find your driver or you need to make any edits to your tour you need to call us directly at +855-92 55 55 18.
You can ask reception to call us if you don’t have a Cambodian sim card.
After you’ve spent a lively day with us we can drop you off either back at your hotel/pick-up point or anywhere in the city. Just let us know during the return trip.
